Highlights: Pottsgrove jumped out to a 17-point lead in the first quarter and was up by 19 heading into the fourth in Monday night's non-league boys basketball game against visiting Conrad Weiser.

The Scouts made quite a game of it after that as they came back to tie with under two minutes to go before Pottsgrove pulled out a 70-67 win.

Cartier Talford scored 40, including 21 in the final quarter, for the Scouts (4-2). Anthony Hedgepeth led the Falcons (8-1) with 21 points.
