Highlights: At Birdsboro, Leah Fabian's basket with a minute left gave the Lions (7-3, 9-5) a two-point lead and they held on down the stretch to beat the Eagles (3-4, 5-13).

Trailing by 11 entering the fourth quarter, Alexis Kauffman made two 3-pointers during a 13-2 run that tied it for High Point before Fabian's game winner.

Kauffman scored a game-high 17 points for High Point.

Fabian's 12 points led Berks Christian.
