Highlights: At Twin Valley, Julie Wallace made five 3-pointers and scored 16 points to lead the No. 16 Raiders past the No. 17 Pioneers in a District 3-AAA preliminary game at Twin Valley.

Twin Valley (15-9) took an eight-point lead into halftime, but Lampeter-Strasburg (12-11) made it a one-point game entering the final period with a 20-point third quarter.

Nevin Hoenninger led all scorers with 18 points for the Pioneers, who were held to just five points in the fourth quarter as the Raiders took control.

Taylor Knorr scored 14 for Twin Valley, which advances to take on No. 1 Berks Catholic (18-5) in a first-round game Wednesday at 7 p.m.

In their two previous meetings, the Saints defeated the Raiders 56-36 and 51-23 during the regular season.
