Highlights: At Mt. Carmel, the Spartans (5-1) had a chance to tie the score and force overtime in the final seconds, but a late attempt from 3-point range was off the mark during a loss to the Red Tornadoes.

Tied 36-36 with less than a minute remaining, Mt. Carmel pulled ahead 40-37 with 10 seconds left, setting up the Spartans' final possession.

Leah McAvoy scored 13 points and Sydney Barrer had 10 for Wyomissing, which suffered its first loss of the season.
