Highlights:
Tyrone Nesby scored a game-high 20 points and R.J. Dixon had a career-high 18 as Reading High held off York High 73-66 in the championship game of the York Tip-Off Tournament.
The Red Knights (2-1) saw their 19-point, fourth-quarter lead trimmed to four with 1:55 remaining before Nesby hit a pair of free throws and Lonnie Walker IV broke the press and scored to push the lead back to eight with 1:29 left.
Walker, faced a variety of defense aimed to slow him down, again struggled to score. He finished with seven points but had just one basket through the first three quarters.
Both he and Nesby played the final quarter with four fouls.
Walker finished with a game-high 10 rebounds and five assists and was named tournament MVP. Nesby joined him on the all-tournament team, as did York's Jayden Iturmendi, who had 17 points and eight rebounds.
Nesby scored 12 first-quarter points before picking up his second foul; both he and Walker picked up their third personals in the second period.
The Red Knights turned the ball over 23 times but negated that by dominating the boards by a 49-24 margin.
Isiah Cook had 10 points and six rebounds for Reading.
