Highlights: Marcus Wilson scored a season-high 20 points to lead Berks Catholic over Lewisburg in the first round of the PIAA 4A boys basketball tournament at Shamokin Saturday night.

Wilson, who only scored in double figures three times all season, made 9-of-13 shots and grabbed nine rebounds to spark the Saints.

Berks Catholic opened with an 11-0 run and never trailed. Lewisburg crept within one point midway through the second quarter but the Saints weathered the run.

With center Keba Mitchell on the bench in foul trouble, Berks Catholic went a 23-4 run during an eight-minute stretch of the second and third quarters to put it away.

Casey Jack scored 13 points for Berks Catholic (22-7).

Nate Liscum finished with 14 points and 10 rebounds for Lewisburg (19-7), the District 4 champion.
