Highlights: Boyertown advanced to the PIAA Class 6A girls basketball semifinals with a thrilling 56-55 win over Northampton at Spring-Ford High School.

Abby Kapp gave the Bears (26-5) the lead with a 3-pointer with 17 seconds to go, Tori Boalton blocked a Northampton shot underneath with 10 seconds left and the Konkrete Kids (19-10) missed a final shot at the buzzer.

Katie Armstrong scored 18 for the Bears and Kapp added 14. Aja Blount led Northampton with 28 points and 12 rebounds. Boyertown will play on Monday at a time and place to be determined against the winner between North Penn and Cardinal O'Hara.
