Highlights: At Stony Creek, Central's Alex Swavely scored eight of his 15 points in the fourth quarter, when the Cardinals (8-5, 12-11) pulled away from the gritty Mounts (4-9, 9-14).

Down 10 after a quarter, Antietam used 3-pointers to help it fight back to a 39-all tie through three quarters. Corey Hertzog had a team-high 18 points, and hit four of the Mounts' eight 3s.

Central opened the fourth on a 6-0 run to regain control, though Antietam again battled back. Brian Wrobel's bucket with just under a minute left drew the Mounts to within two at 55-53, but the Cardinals scored the next six, including four by Zack Fenstermacher.

Fenstermacher and Jimmy Snyder had 10 apiece for Central.

Wrobel finished with 15 for Antietam.
