Highlights:
At Leesport, Jordan Sands had eight of his game-high 12 points in the first quarter as the Panthers (4-0, 6-3) routed the Bullets (0-2, 2-6).
Sands' big quarter helped Schuylkill Valley get out to a 21-5 lead. Matt Modrick, who finished with nine points and 10 rebounds, had five of his points in the opening eight minutes. Also for the Panthers, Daniel Cieniewicz had nine points and 10 rebounds, and Brandon Shurr had seven assists.
