At Shillington, Megan Christel scored 13 points and Amanda Leayman 12 to lead the Mustangs (2-1) past the Bullets (1-1).
Leayman scored eight in the third quarter as Mifflin outscored Brandywine 19-7 to open a 41-33 lead.
The Mustangs outscored the Bullets 28-11 in the second half, when they held Jessica Savino (game-high 18 points) to five points.
