Highlights: Wesley Butler scored all of his 18 points in the second half as Reading High pulled away from Steel-High for a 65-35 victory in the opening round of the Reading Holiday Tournament.

The Red Knights (6-1) advance to meet Dunbar in Thursday's championship game. The Poets (6-0) defeated Downingtown East 53-43 in the opening game.

Butler missed all four of his shots in the first half but knocked down a pair of shots early in the third quarter and finished with 13 in the third.

R.J. Dixon came off the bench to score 15 points for Reading.

Butler also finished with eight assists.

Reading led just 22-17 at halftime.
