Highlights: At Leesport, the Cougars (0-10 Berks IV, 0-19) opened the second half with a 12-4 run to pull within 11 points midway through the third quarter, but the Panthers (9-0, 15-3) outscored Kutztown 30-12 the rest of the way to get the win.

Corielle Yarde scored 17 of her game-high 32 points in the first quarter, and Ashton Pachuilo had five of her nine points, to help Schuylkill Valley build a 24-8 lead.

Kelly Kessler scored six of her team-high 16 in the third, when the Cougars closed the gap.

Also for the Panthers, Mel Modrick scored all nine of her points in the second half.
