Highlights: Stevie Mitchell scored 19 points, Evin Timochenko 18 and Avanti Lockhart 15 as Wilson remained unbeaten with a non-league win at Downingtown West.

The Bulldogs (10-0) pulled away in the final minutes, hitting 14 fourth-quarter free throws, including their final 12, in building a 16-point lead at one point.

The Whippets (4-5) closed with 49-42 on Sean Kaiser's 3-pointer wtih 4:06 remaining.

The Bulldogs responded with a 10-3 run, with five different players scoring, to put it away.

Wilson finished 18-of-22 from the free throw line. Mitchell was 7-for-7.

Wilson is 10-0 for the first time since starting 12-0 in 2013-14, when it last won a Berks Conference title.

The 54 points matched a season-low for Downingtown West.
