Highlights:
At West Lawn, the Bulldogs (5-3) overcame a slow start and the Mountaineers (2-3). After allowing 21 points in the first quarter, Wilson gave up just 29 the rest of the way.
The Bulldogs cut a seven-point hole at the end of the first quarter to a two-point deficit at the half. They took the lead in the third, when they held Ephrata to three field goals.
Chris Hartzell, scored 10 of his game-high 19 points in the fourth. Wilson was 12-of-14 from the line in the fourth, including Hartzell's 8-for-8 clip. Mark Daniels had 14 points and Alex Fegley scored 13.
Morgan Bartholomew had 17 points to lead Ephrata. Ian Bippus scored 16 and Steve Forstater had 10.
