At Harrisburg, Vanessa Rivera scored 10 of her game-high 20 points in the fourth quarter to help the Bulldogs (5-2) rally past the Rams (7-2).
Central Dauphin broke open a close game in the third quarter, outscoring Wilson 13-5 to take a 31-25 lead.
Wilson opened the fourth quarter with a 6-0 run to tie it and held Central Dauphin scoreless until 3:10 left in the quarter.
