Championship: At Fredericksburg, Katherine Restrepo scored nine of her game-high 16 points in the pivotal third quarter as the Spartans (2-0) beat the Canners (1-1) for the title.
Ahead by six at the break, Wyomissing turned up its defensive pressure during the third quarter, when it held Biglerville to four points.
Restrepo and Miriam Sprecher were named to the all-tournament team.
