Highlights: At West Lawn, the No. 9 seed Eagles (16-8) gave the top-seeded Bulldogs (21-4) a scare, but Wilson pulled away late to win its District 3 Class 6A quarterfinal.

Wilson advances to Tuesday's semifinals, where it will play host to No. 5 Harrisburg. The win also clinched a state tournament spot for the Bulldogs.

Their game against the Eagles saw 13 lead changes and five ties before the Bulldogs pulled away late. The Eagles tied it 50-50 on an Omar Tandir layin with 2:23 to play. Wilson answered with quick baskets by Mykel Huffman and Hassan Koroma in transition, then hit 4-of-8 from the line down the stretch.

Stevie Mitchell led Wilson with 29 points. Dylan Buzalka led the Eagles with 15 points and teammate Ty Banach scored 12, all of which came after the half.
