Highlights: At Geigle Complex, the Lancers (7-5) outscored the Red Knights (7-6) 20-7 in the third quarter to overcome a halftime deficit and get the win.

Renee Deas scored a game-high 16, including eight in the fourth quarter, for Philadelphia Central. Janaa Pickard scored 15, and Jillian Barrett had 10 of her 12 in the third quarter for the Lancers.

Kanisha Edwards, who led Reading High with 14 points, scored eight in the first half to help the Red Knights take a 23-20 lead.

Starter Deva'Nyar Workman did not play for disciplinary reasons.
