Highlights: At Royersford, Zach Fenstermacher scored a game-high 19 points and Cameron Furman hit two key baskets in overtime as the Cardinals (18-12) defeated the Mighty Elephants (19-11) in a PIAA Class AA state quarterfinal Friday night.

Fenstermacher hit 1-of-2 free throws with five seconds remaining in regulation to send the game into OT.

His baseline drive with 2:45 remaining in OT gave the Cards the lead for good.

Furman finished with 12 points, all in the second half.

James Snyder also scored 12 for Central.

The Cards will meet District 12 champ Freire Charter in the state semifinals Tuesday, site and time to be determined.
