Highlights: Joey Chapman had 13 assists and Moro Osumanu scored a game-high 23 points as Reading High held off Harrisburg in a non-league game at Kimber Gymnasium.

The win was the first for the Red Knights (11-5) on the Cougars' home floor since 1982.

The Cougars (8-6) had taken 12 of the previous 14 meetings, including last year's District 3 Class 6A championship.

Reading opened the second quarter with a 20-0 run and led the rest of the way, and by as many as 18 points.

Denim Adams sparked that run with nine points off the bench in the second quarter. He finished with 17 points and eight rebounds.

Tashiro Alexis came off the bench to hit a pair of 3-pointers in the second quarter and finished with nine points.

Chapman had nine rebounds and nine points. Osumanu had a team-high 10 rebounds.

Nicari Williams led Harrisburg with 19 points.
