Highlights: Denim Adams gave Reading High the lead with a pair of free throws with 6.2 seconds left and the Red Knights stopped Overbrook from getting off a last-second shot to hold on for a 48-47 win in the championship game of the York Tip-Off Tournament.

Adams was named MVP after scoring a team-high 15 points and grabbing nine rebounds.

The Panthers went ahead 47-46 on Naim Walker's four-point play with 25 seconds left.

Adams was fouled going up for a shot in the lane and went to the line to give Reading the lead for good.

Moro Osumanu had 10 points and 10 rebounds for Reading.

Walker scored a game-high 21 points and was named to the all-tournament team, along with teammate Arthur Burnett.

Reading High won four straight tournament titles, from 2014-2017.

The Red Knights were knocked off in the first round last year by Williamsport, 65-62.

Their last tournament title came in 2017, when Wes Butler scored 26 points in a 75-59 win over York High and was named tournament MVP.
