Highlights: Points were tough to come by for Berks Catholic Thursday in its District 3 Class 4A quarterfinal at Bishop McDevitt.

The 10th-seeded Saints (13-9) scored just one basket in the first quarter and had six points at halftime.

Needless to say they couldn't keep up with the second-seeded Crusaders (21-5), who built a 20-point halftime lead in winning 44-25.

The Saints remain alive for one of five PIAA Tournament berths out of District 3. They'll play at No. 6 Eastern York Monday in an elimination game. Berks Catholic must win its next two games to grab the district's No. 5 seed for the state tournament.
