Highlights: Reading High rallied from a big deficit and dodged a bullet in the final second to beat Wilson 62-60 Tuesday night at the Geigle, tying the Bulldogs for first place in Division I of the Berks Conference with one league game remaining.

The loss snapped Wilson's 36-game winning streak, one short of the Berks boys basketball record.

The Red Knights (10-1, 17-1) came back from an 11-point hole early in the third quarter and led by as many as five in the final quarter. They then had to hold for one final defensive stand.

The Bulldogs (10-1, 14-1) had a chance to tie it on their final possession, but Stevie Mitchell's rushed 10-footer in the lane came up short and the Red Knights were able to celebrate a win over Wilson for the first time in three seasons. They had lost their previous five games to the Bulldogs.

If Reading closes league play with a win at Berks Catholic Thursday, it will clinch at least a tie for the Berks I title and could nail down the No. 1 seed in in the Berks playoffs.
