Highlights: Thursday at Oley, Julian O'Brien hit both ends of a double bonus with 12.5 seconds left and Nevin Carter clinched it with another free throw with 4.9 seconds left as the Spartans (5-0 Berks III, 5-1) held off the Lynx (1-1 Berks IV, 1-1) in a Berks III-IV crossover game.

Owen Doyle scored a team-high 14 points for Wyomissing, including a couple of key buckets in the final quarter when Oley Valley rallied from a seven-point deficit to pull within one with 13.1 seconds left.

Wes McCalpine scored a team-high 14 for the Lynx, who hadn't played their first game until Wednesday.

Oley was playing without starting center Jackson Smith, who is out with a back injury.

The Lynx led 17-15 after the first quarter and led through most of the second quarter before Darren Brunner hit a 3-pointer in the final minute.

Brunner scored all 11 of his points in the first half, helping the Spartans to a 24-23 lead.
