Highlights: Moro Osumanu scored 18 points, including a pair of key free throws in the final minute of overtime, as Reading High outlasted Central Dauphin 70-67 in a matchup of two of the top Class 6A teams in District 3.

Ruben Rodriguez hit back-to-back baskets early in overtime to put the Red Knights (2-0) on top 66-61; he finished with 14 points.

Joey Chapman had 15 points for Reading before fouling out; he was one of three Reading players and six overall to foul out of what became a war of attrition.

All-State candidate Ryan Smith scored a game-high 33 points for the Rams (0-1), including six in overtime.

Osumanu also had 16 rebounds, helping the Red Knights battle evenly on the boards against the taller Rams.

Chapman's layup 40 seconds into OT gave Reading the lead for good a 62-60; he fouled out seconds later.

Smith sent the game into overtime by hitting a pair of free throws with 15.9 seconds left; he was good on 12-of-14 free throws.
