Highlights: Tuesday at Mertztown, Avery Potteiger scored a career-high 16 points to help the top-seeded Bullets (18-7) beat the third-seeded Braves (13-13) in the District 3 Class 3A third-place game. Brandywine trailed 11-10 after a quarter, but outscored Pequea Valley 13-2 in the second quarter to take control. The Bullets led 23-13 at halftime and 46-30 after three. Dana Wartzenluft had 14 points and Emily Savitz 13 for Brandywine, which will open play in the PIAA Tournament against the District 6 champ on March 8.
