Highlights: District 3-AAA fifth-place game

At Warwick, Isaac Lutz scored scored 12 points, including 6-of-7 from the free throw line, for the Saints (18-10) as they went on to defeat the Warriors (16-10) in a District 3-AAA fifth-place game.

In the first half both teams started out cold from the field and headed into the half with a 14-11 score in favor of Gettysburg.

The third quarter saw Berks Catholic break out of their first half slump with eight points from Tyrone Nesby and balanced scoring from the rest of the team.

Lutz went 5-of-6 down the stretch of the game from the free throw line and the team shot 9-of-19 total from the line in the second half to help secure the victory.

Marquise Camel led the Warriors in scoring with nine points followed by teammate Colin Bortner with eight.

Berks Catholic will now move on to the PIAA tournament and face District 12 runner-up on March 6.
