Highlights: At Shippensburg, the Greyhounds (17-6) had 17 free throw attempts in the fourth quarter and came away with a 57-50 win in the District 3 Class 5A boys basketball elimination game.

Riley Dobraniecki and Devon Jackson each scored a team-best 13 points for Exeter, who led 26-20 at the half. Joe Fylypowcyz had 12 points for the Eagles , who finished the season 12-14.

Carter Vanscyoc went 14-of-15 on free throws and ended with a game-high 18 points to lead ninth-seeded Shippensburg. Cody Gustafson had 14 points.

Exeter led 39-35 after the third, but Shippensburg took a 41-39 lead with 6:30 left to play. The Greyhounds hit 14-of-17 free throws in the fourth quarter.

Shippensburg plays New Oxford Monday at 5 p.m. at East Pennsboro in the consolation semifinals.
