Highlights: At Norristown, Matt Doyen hit a back-breaking fourth-quarter 3-pointer and four key free throws down the stretch as the District 3-A champion Cardinals (29-1) beat the District 1-A champion Cavaliers (22-8) in a PIAA Class A quarterfinal.

Doyen finished with 15 points, Donovon Jack had 16 points and 10 rebounds and Marcus Dawkins had 13 points and nine rebounds.

Girard star John Johnson scored 25 points on 7-of-22 shooting.
