Tom Paul had 17 points for Upper Perk, which broke open a 23-23 tie by ending the first half on an 12-1 run.

Teammate Clayton Holmes, who eclipsed the 1,000-point mark earlier in the week, scored 14 points and Keith Hardwick had 12 points on four 3-pointers.

Brett Hauck led Kutztown with 11 points.
