Highlights: Sophomore T.J. White came off the bench to play a key defensive role and score a game-high 20 points as Muhlenberg held off Gov. Mifflin 56-43 in a Berks Conference Division I game at Shillington.

The Muhls (5-2, 13-4) played without their leading scorer, Mikai Washington, for the final 3 1/2 quarters after he was ejected. They had plenty of other scoring options.

Nelson Colon scored 15 points and had 10 rebounds and Caidan Iaccarino had 13 points for the Muhls.

Bryce Harman led the Mustangs (3-4, 7-9) with 15 points. Bryce Black had 11.

White had 11 points in the final quarter as the Muhls pulled away.

Washington and Mifflin's Bryce Stubler were ejected in the first quarter after getting tangled up.

White and Tyler Kipp shared defensive responsibilities on Black, the Mustangs' leading scorer, and limited him to two field goals, none in the second half.
