Highlights:
Mikai Washington scored a game-high 25 points, including all of Muhlenberg's points in overtime, in a wild win over visiting Milton Hershey in the opening round of the District 3 Class 5A tournament.
Washington's free throw with 3.1 seconds left in overtime gave the Muhls the lead, and the Spartans turned it over on their final possession.
The seventh-seeded Muhls (16-7) clinched a berth in the PIAA Tournament for the first time in eight years.
Muhlenberg advances to play at No. 2 seed Lampeter-Strasburg Thursday at 7.
Nelson Colon scored 14 points and Jacob Stoudt 12 for the Muhls.
Muhlenberg led by 12 points with six minutes left in regulation before the 10th-seeded Spartans (16-7) rallied to tie it with 12.1 seconds remaining.
The Muhls will make it to the PIAA Tournament for the first time since 2007.
Muhlenberg led 34-29 at the half, after hitting eight 3-pointers.
