Highlights: At Malvern, Manny Clark scored 21 points, Khaliym Smith had 20 and Justin Robinson 15 to lead the No. 10 Falcons (14-10) over the No. 7 Patriots (13-10) in a District 1 Class 5A first round game. A wild fourth quarter, in which the teams scored a combined 60 points, almost saw Great Valley storm back from an 11-point deficit. The Falcons held them off and Great Valley is eliminated. Will Fredrick scored 22 points and three others scored in double digits for the Patriots. Pottsgrove moves on to face No. 2 Holy Ghost Prep, which defeated No. 15 Upper Merion.
