Highlights: At Quarryville, Ava Morrow scored 16 points and Peyton McDaniel 13 as the No. 2 seed Raiders (20-6) outscored the second-seeded Golden Mules (20-7) by 12 in the fourth quarter to come away with the District 3 Class 5A third-place game victory. Twin Valley held Solanco to four points in the final quarter. Grace Kreider had 13 points and Aleksa Burger 10 to lead Solanco, who will play the District 1 runner-up to open PIAA play. Twin Valley opens PIAA tournamet play against the District 12 fourth-place team March 9.
