Highlights: Owen Doyle scored a game-high 13 points and hit four late free throws as Wyomissing held off Conrad Weiser in a Berks Conference Division II game at Wyomissing.

The Scouts (3-1, 6-6) fell into a second-place tie in the division with the Spartans (3-1, 7-4), a game back of Berks Catholic.

The Spartans have struggled at the line this season but hit 7-of-8 during a 31-second stretch late in the game to pull ahead by eight points.

Max Hurleman scored 11 points for Wyomissing.

Evan Smith scored eight points, all in the second half, to lead Conrad Weiser.

The Spartans made just 9-of-18 free throws but seven of those came in the final 1:15 after the Scouts had closed within 32-29.
