After getting off to a slow start, Reading High scored 24 points in the second quarter to turn a 9-7 lead after one quarter into a 33-16 halftime lead. Daniel Alcantara scored 12 points followed by Xavier Davis with 11 and Ruben Rodriguez with 10 for Reading High. For Exeter, Colin Payne and Teddy Snyder scored 14 points each.
