Highlights: All-State pick Kiki Jefferson scored a game-high 24 points and Lancaster Catholic used a 14-0 run in the fourth quarter to break open a close game and defeat Berks Catholic in a non-league game at Wolf Gymnasium.

It was a rematch of last year's PIAA Class 4A championship game, won by the Crusaders (16-0), who have now won 48 straight games.

The Saints (10-7) were within nine points, at 49-40, in the fourth quarter despite playing most of the game without their leading scorer, Meghan Leininger, who left in the second quarter with an ankle injury; she did not score.

Hope Schreiber scored a career-high 19 points for Berks Catholic, including five 3-pointers.

The Crusaders opened the game with a 9-0 run but couldn't pull away until the final minutes.
