At Robesonia, Justin Trojanowski scored 10 of his game-high 16 points in the fourth quarter, including 6-for-6 from the free throw line, as the Eagles (16-1) used a 15-10 rally to edge the Scouts (7-9).
Weiser's Dexter Jordan had a chance to send the game to overtime but missed a 3-pointer at the buzzer.
Exeter converted 18-of-23 free throws. Kris Vaden had 10 points for the Eagles. Will Wagner led the Scouts with 15 points. He also had six rebounds.
