Highlights: At Forino Sports Complex, Berks Catholic held Berks' most-productive offense to half its normal yardage and scoring in beating Schuylkill Valley in a Berks Football League Section 2 opener for both.

The Saints (2-2) ran twice as many plays as the Panthers (2-2) in the second half and scored the clinching TD on a nine-play, 92-yard drive with 2 1/3 minutes to go.

Jazz Hines, making his first start at halfback, rushed for 147 yards, and Jack Huntsman and Anthony Meriodionale each scored two TDs for the Saints.
