    Highlights: At Denver, Eryk Cernkowski scored on a run, reception and fumble return and Ryan Matthews and quarterback Kyle Beissel each ran for a pair of TDs as the Panthers opened with a blowout win over the Eagles. Cernkowski ran for 146 yards, Matthews had 106 and Beissel produced 230 yards with his arm and legs for the Panthers, who led 21-0 in the second quarter.
