The win keeps the Spartans unbeaten heading into next week's Section 2 championship game against unbeaten Berks Catholic.
Kyle Beissel passed for a school-record 317 yards for Schuylkill Valley, which finished with 480 total yards against the league's top-rated defense.
Anzalone scored three TDs and Justin Causa rushed for 120 yards and a TD for Wyomissing.
