Highlights: Matt Timochenko threw four touchdown passes and the Wilson defense stiffened in the second half, recording six sacks, as the Bulldogs pulled away for a 38-21 non-league victory over Harrisburg at Severance Field.

The Bulldogs (2-0) scored twice in the final two minutes of the first half to snap a 14-14 tie as Timochenko connected with Chris Zerbe on a 21-yard TD pass and Hunter Rubright booted a 26-yard field goal after the Cougars (0-2) botched a punt attempt and gave Wilson possession in the red zone.

Timochenko completed 14-of-21 passes for 159 yards, including a pair of scoring passes to Domenic Nigrelli and one to Bryce Pysch.

John Raifsnider ran for 108 yards and scored on a 12-yard run to put the Bulldogs up 38-21 with 6:08 remaining.

Zerbe caught five passes for 83 yards and had recorded two of the Bulldogs’ seven sacks.
