Highlights:
At West Lawn, Joe Julius' 46-yard field goal with 10 seconds remaining lifted fourth-seeded Lower Dauphin to a 17-14 victory over top-seeded Wilson tonight in the District 3-AAAA semifinals.
The Falcons (12-1) drove 46 yards on 11 plays, all runs by quarterback Troy Spencer, to set up the winning score.
Lower Dauphin advances to play second-seeded Cumberland Valley in the championship game next Saturday at Hersheypark Stadium.
The Bulldogs (12-1) used a 10-play, 91-yard drive in the final minutes to tie it at 14-14. Shane Dantzler's 7-yard run, his second TD of the night, capped a drive that saw quarterback Matt Timochenko hook up three times with Bryce Pych, for 60 yards.
Dantzler's 13-yard run tied it 7-7 with 1:06 remaining in the first half.
The Bulldogs out-gained the Falcons 269-211 but were hurt by several costly penalties and a turnover. Lower Dauphin played a near flawless game, with no turnovers and no major penalties.
