Highlights: At Myerstown, Jeff Martin and Travis Zimmerman each scored two touchdowns, and the Raider's defense limited Hamburg's scoring opportunities in a non-league opener for both teams Friday night.

Zimmerman punched in two 1-yard touchdown runs to cap prolonged drives by the offense in the fourth quarter to seal the game for the Blue Raiders. Jeff Martin added two touchdown passes - an 8-yard pass to TE Dylan Stoops and a 30-yard strike to WR Dustin Martin - to balance the ground attack.

The Hawks pulled to within 14-10 at before halftime, but time ran out on QB Nicholas Kuhn and the Hawks offense before they could run a goal line play.

The game changing play came with 5:15 remaining in the third quarter, when defensive back Ryan Rolon intercepted one of two Nicholas Kuhn passes on the evening and returned it 32-yards for the Blue Raider touchdown.

Receiver and placekicker Aaron Nelson converted on a 36-yard field goal for Hamburg. RB Tyler Herbert ran for a 1-yard touchdown and WR Andrew Payne caught a 27-yard touchdown pass on the final play of the game to account for the Hawk's offense.
