Highlights: Quarterback Gary Wise scored on a 3-yard run in overtime to give Pottstown a 6-0 win over Chichester in a non-league contest Saturday afternoon at Grigg Memorial Field. That came after Chichester missed a 28-yard field goal attempt on the last play of regulation time and a 27-yard try during its overtime possession. Wise wound up with 51 rushing yards in a game that featured a total of just 13 first downs and 15 punts. The contest was delayed for 2 ½ hours early in the fourth quarter due to thunderstorms. The win evens Pottstown’s record at 1-1 heading into next week’s Pioneer Athletic Conference opener against Pope John Paul II.
