Highlights: At Forino Sports Complex, the Saints (12-0) scored 35 points in the second quarter to defeat the Buffaloes (9-3) in the District 3-AA semifinals. Pop Lacey ran for 174 yards and two first-half touchdowns. Marcus Wilson rushed for 110 yards and a touchdown. Joe Stiles also scored twice for Berks Catholic, which had touchdowns from five different players. The Berks Catholic defense held Newport to two first downs in the first half.
