Highlights:
Connor Uhrig and Grayson Kline each threw a pair of first-half touchdowns as Wilson dominated Gov. Mifflin 38-7 in a non-league opener for both at Gurski Stadium tonight.
The Bulldogs scored on each of their five first-half possessions, with Uhrig throwing TD passes to Brian Wright and Leo Quigley and Kline connecting with Justin Weller and Alex Twiford.
The two Wilson quarterbacks combined for 155 first-half passing yards., and 195 overall.
Wilson's defense was just as dominant as linebackers Leo Quigley and Foday Jalloh led an assault that limited the Mustangs to 39 total yards in the first half and 74 through three quarters.
The Mustangs hurt themselves with early penalties and an interception by Wilson's Mason McElroy that set up the second TD.
Iggy Reynoso had an impressive debut for Wilson, rumbling for 118 yards and a TD on 12 carries, 80 of it coming on four first-half carries.
The Bulldogs finished with 394 total yards.
The Mustangs lone TD came on quarterback Austin Baker's 28-yard run against Wilson's second defensive unit.
