Highlights: Alec Morales ran for 158 yards and two TDs and Conrad Weiser held Reading High's big-play offense in check for three quarters en route to a 38-27 Berks Football League Section 1 victory tonight at Shirk Stadium.

The Scouts (2-1, 3-3) were safely ahead 31-7 after Morales' 36-yard TD with 6:47 remaining.

The Red Knights (1-1, 3-3) put together a furious finish, scoring three touchdowns in the final six minutes after recovering an onsides kick and a fumble.

Reading's Michael Hibbert accounted for two of those scores, both on 26-yard TD passes from Isiah Giddens, the second with seven seconds remaining.

The Scouts answered the first of those scores with Kwis Montinard's 44-yard TD run for a 38-15 lead with 3:26 left.

Weiser quarterback Austin Costenbader completed 6-of-7 passes for 116 yards, including a 12-yard TD to Zach Mowrer.
