Highlights:
Cooper Lutz ran for 151 yards and scored two touchdowns as Berks Catholic defeated Shippensburg 37-13 for the District 3 Class 4A championship at Hersheypark Stadium.
The top-seeded Saints (12-1) held the second-seeded Greyhounds (11-2) scoreless in the second half.
The Saints took the lead on a 66-yard punt return by Tre Dabney just 3 1/2 minutes into the game
Cooper Lutz made it 14-0 later in the first half when he broke free on a sweep down the left sideline for a 56-yard TD.
Cody Gustafson kept the chains moving for the Greyhounds in the first half as he hauled in seven passes for 146 yards, helping set up a pair of short TD runs by Cameron Tinner.
The Saints went up 21-7 with four minutes left in the first half when Brian Tanis made a leaping catch above two defenders for a 32-yard TD.
Gustafson did not catch a pass in the second half.
