Highlights: Issac Ruoss scored three first-half touchdowns and finished with 232 rushing yards as Gov. Mifflin defeated Muhleberg 41-7 tonight in a Berks Football League Section 1 game at Laureldale.

Ruoss scored on runs of 69 and 71 yards in the first quarter and on a 5-yard run in the second as the Mustangs (4-0, 6-1) raced to a 28-7 lead over the Muhls (1-3, 2-5).

Bryce Stubler scored twice for the first-place Mustangs, on a 51-yard pass from Kam Wolfe and on a 21-yard run.

Muhlenberg's Drey Kipp passed for 206 yards and the Muhls' only score, a 10-yard toss to Jonte Simmons.
